Returns

We want you to love your new items, but we also understand that it may not be a perfect for you. 💔

You have 40 days to return your item. If 40 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or credit.

Email us with your proof of purchase at hello@peasynails.com as soon as possible and we will send you the return address within 1-3 business days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your items must be unopened, unworn, unused, clean.
  • All items must be the original sealed packaging.
  • The order must be returned to us within 40 days of your order date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items, if it gets lost in the post we are not liable for this. We also recommend handing your tracked parcel over the counter at the post office. 

 

Clearance/End of the line Items 

All Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Lucky Dip Items

All Lucky Dip items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 40 day refund policy*. 😊

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned for refund, excluding introductory priced items and the 10% off first time purchase promotion on full priced items only.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The value will be equal to the amount you paid for that item (minus any potential fees).

Please allow us 5 business days to process your return. Refund timeframe after processing depends on your bank or method of payment.

You will lose your rewards points for refunds. If you accept credits, you keep your rewards points. 😊

  

Credits

If you make a return for credits, once your item has been inspected and approved the credits will be sent to you via the email on the original order via gift voucher.

The value of your store credit or exchange will be equal to the purchase price that you paid, this means if you purchased the garment on sale, we will credit you the amount you paid, not the full retail price.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will issue a store credit so you don't have to wait for funds to return to your bank. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that we only offer credits on discounted items.

  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), intimate or sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refund on sale items or gift cards.

 

Changing or cancelling an order

Orders can be changed or cancelled immediately after purchase if notified urgently by emailing hello@peasynails.com, but be quick, as we can be quick to get your orders shipped. If your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancel the order. Please note that cancelling a large order for a refund, you may incur a restocking/admin fee.

 

Damaged/Missing Products 

If you received a damaged product through no fault of your own, or find a product missing from your order, you have 3 days from delivery date to report this issue. Returns and refunds are not processed after 60 days, thanks for understanding. 👍🏻

In some cases a photograph will be insufficient to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect. Because of this, we may request that you send the item to us for further inspection and we reserve the right to deny a claim of a faulty item if we request to have the item returned and you refuse.

 

Sales, promotions and discount codes*.

  1. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. (unless stated)
  2. The code needs to be applied at checkout for the discount to apply. 
  3. Discount refunds will not be given for missed code application or non applied discounts, please check the discount is taken off the amount before paying.
  4. Discount or offers cannot be used before or after the offer/discount dates.
  5. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
  6. Sales/discounts are non-transferable.
  7. If you use a promo code for a reduced price or free item and you return part of your order that made this eligible, you will be charged for the outstanding amount for the item in the promotion which would no longer apply including shipping (if applicable).
  8. Shipping costs are not refunded for order add ons or extra orders that takes it over the free shipping threshold if bundled.

 

Mix & Match Deals Returns

If you return part of your order that made the deal eligible, you will be charged for the outstanding amount for the item/s in the promotion which would no longer apply

 

Bundle/pack Sales Returns

(5for4 etc.) Refunds are available however please note, no partial refunds are provided. Please contact Customer Support for information on specific return instructions. Exchanges are available for the same value item or additional payment maybe required. Please note, clearance sale items added to these offers are final.

 

Refunds on packages with free gifts

If your package included a free gift, that gift must be returned as well when requesting a refund.  If you decide to keep the gift, the full retail value of that item will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Replacement Orders

All replacement orders are not eligible for a refund as they hold no cash value. In order for your package to be eligible for a refund, the original order purchased must be returned.

 

Gift Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item that was gifted to you, the original purchaser must initiate the exchange with Customer Support. 

 

Aftercare and application policy

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that have already been opened and/or used.

 

Colour and print disclaimer

We use our best efforts to provide you with the best images and descriptions but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

Due to the specifics of the printing process, we cannot guarantee accurate placement for graphics on our items.
